Hello! We’re Jess and Sian.
We’re very excited to be opening Ebb and Flow cafe in Kingswear. We were both born and raised in Kingswear but moved up North, Jess to Sheffield and Sian to Lancaster. We couldn’t stay away though and have now returned to run the very same cafe that we worked in together when we were 13 years old. We feel incredibly lucky to be back here and are very excited to meet and be reunited with you all. Please pop down to us when you can to say hello.

We are proud to be sourcing coffee from local roasters Voyager based in Buckfastleigh and teas from the Devon Tea Company.

We try and use local suppliers wherever possible, if you are a local supplier and would like to work with us please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Sustainability is very important to us and we aim to reuse, recycle and reduce waste wherever we can. Discounts available to those who bring their own take away mugs with them and we never charge extra for alternative milks.

We strive to be as inclusive and community centred as possible. We are proud to be part of the 'Be Kind' scheme to help create a safe community adopting a zero tolerance to hate crime, more information is available on the Devon and Cornwall Police website.
